Refund Policy

At TechnuPet, we want you (and your pets 🐾) to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Certain products are excluded from returns for health protection and hygiene reasons, in accordance with applicable laws.

> Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):

> Opened or used cat litter and litter boxes

> Pet beds, blankets, and similar textile items once unsealed

> Grooming products (brushes, clippers, etc.) once used

> Feeding and drinking accessories that have been used

> Personalized or custom-made items

> Gift cards and perishable goods

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product was defective or damaged on arrival).

Exchanges

Need a replacement?

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank or card account.

Contact your payment provider.

If the issue persists, email us at technupet@gmail.com.

Shipping Returns

To start a return, please contact us first at technupet@gmail.com with your order number.
We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

⚠️ Please do not send any products back without contacting us first, as we cannot guarantee processing of unauthorized returns.

Legal Note (EU & UK Customers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.
