EU/UK: prices include VAT where applicable.

Orders are placed via our online checkout system. Please review all details before confirming.

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.

Orders are for individual, household use only. Unauthorized resale is prohibited.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.).

Transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments or authorized processors.

Full payment is required before dispatch.

Processing Times: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take longer.

Shipping Costs: We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee depending on your location.

Delivery Times:

Standard shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination.

Express shipping (if available): 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Locations: We deliver to most countries worldwide (see full list in our Shipping Policy). We do not deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Customs & Import Fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees according to your country’s laws. These charges are not included in the order price and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is delivered to the carrier.

Service Interruptions: We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, customs inspections, carrier strikes, or public holidays.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please notify us at technupet@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if confirmed, may issue a refund or replacement.

You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

Returned products must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds include the cost of the product and standard delivery fees (if any). Supplementary delivery costs (e.g., express shipping) are not refundable.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

U.S. and Canadian customers may have different statutory rights which prevail where applicable.

EU/UK: statutory warranties of conformity and protection against hidden defects apply (2 years).

U.S./Canada: products are provided “as is” except where prohibited by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, or replacement costs).

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

For EU/UK customers: these Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lyon, France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

For U.S. and Canadian customers: these Terms are governed by French law. However, mandatory consumer rights and protections in your state/province of residence still apply. Disputes will primarily be handled through negotiation, mediation, or payment provider resolution processes.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to wars, armed conflicts, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, cyberattacks, or disruptions of internet or logistics providers.

Promotions and discount codes:

Are non-transferable and have no cash value.

May not be combined unless expressly stated.

Are valid only for the period indicated.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
