1. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Processing times may be longer during peak periods (e.g., holidays, promotions, or high volumes).
Since we work with multiple partners and suppliers, items in your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. This is completely normal.
2. Shipping Costs, Methods, and Delivery Times
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
For faster delivery, express shipping may be available at checkout (fees apply depending on your location).

3. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
Our carriers require a physical street address to guarantee safe delivery and accurate tracking. Delivery to PO Boxes or military addresses often results in delays, lost packages, or missing tracking updates.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your package’s journey.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

5. Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (if available in your country)
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.
6. Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes according to your country’s laws.
These are not included in your order value and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
7. Service Interruptions
Delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, customs inspections, public holidays, or disruptions in carrier services (including strikes or transportation delays).
We will always do our best to keep you informed if such delays occur.
8. Changes in Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at technupet@gmail.com.
Changes can only be made before your order has been shipped.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at technupet@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if confirmed, we may resend your order or issue a refund.

Returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
Cancellations can only be requested before the order has shipped.
